Anytime I've ever contacted support with anything, they either answer me straight away or tell me they are going to investigate and get back to me, which is always prompt. Virtually no help on site regarding this new CP. They are prompt to reply but not always answer all questions and sometimes a bit short on what you want them to do. eg trying to transfer over from their old package to the new medius one and problems moving over databases which they are not exactly going out of their way to sort even though the issues lies with them.
